What People Are Saying…

“I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for delivering your keynote for us.  Speaking for myself and the families we work with, there is a need for continual learning and growth, especially in speaking the truth about the inequities in the adoption system! I was incredibly moved -and had a whole page of notes of concepts to learn more about.”

— Kate Murray, Ph.D. Duke University, Medical Center, Director of Post Adoption Support

“Angela was an amazing keynote speaker for our 2021 conference. Even in a virtual setting, she engaged our audience with genuine and heartfelt personal stories and experiences that resonated with all who attended.”

— -Zoë Arnaut, University of Oregon

Angela’s energy and passion around her work is inspiring.  Her ability to share personal stories with genuine vulnerability is one of the most powerful parts of her keynote. I loved learning about the importance of terminology, some of the historical aspects and laws around racial disproportionality, and colorism.
